PUBLIC NOTICE
Due to the COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic, and in accordance with Governor JB Pritzker’s Executive Order No. 5 Section 6 which states that “during the duration of the Gubernatorial Disaster Proclamation, the provisions of the Open Meetings Act, 5ILCS 120 requiring or relating to in-person attendance by members of a public body are suspended”, the Scales Mound Village President and Board of Trustees will not be holding an Open Public Meeting at the Stone House on Monday, March 30, 2020 which is the date of the regularly scheduled March meeting.
Instead the Board will be using technology which will enable them to have an abbreviated meeting with the following agenda:
I. Call to Order
II. Roll Call
III. Approval of Minutes, Regular Meeting, February 24, 2020
IV. Approval of Treasurer’s Report
V. Approval of Bills
VI. Review and Act on Bids for Stone House Building Addition
VII. Adjournment
